By accessing DiggTribes ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DiggTribes is a free, publicly accessible directory of Digg communities. We aggregate publicly available information to help users discover communities on the Digg platform.
3. No Affiliation
DiggTribes is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Digg or its parent company. "Digg" is a trademark of its respective owner.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to aggressively scrape or download data
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Misrepresent your affiliation with DiggTribes
- Reproduce the Service in its entirety for commercial purposes
5. Intellectual Property
The DiggTribes name, logo, and original design elements are our property. Community data displayed is sourced from publicly available information on Digg.
You may link to DiggTribes and reference our data with attribution. Bulk reproduction requires permission.
6. Third-Party Content
DiggTribes displays information about third-party communities. We do not control or endorse the content of those communities. Links to Digg communities take you to the Digg platform, which has its own terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of community data
- Continuous, uninterrupted access
- That the Service will meet your specific needs
8. Limitation of Liability
DiggTribes and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Data Accuracy
We strive to keep data current but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Community information may change on Digg before our data refreshes. Use the data as a discovery tool, not as authoritative metrics.
